Metabolism Diet


This diet is designed to activate your metabolism.

Rules:
Drink at least 4 glasses of water or diet soda a day. Try to eat a mmilo with your breakfast.

You can add the following to your foods:
herbs
salt
pepper
lemon
vinegar
soy sauce
mustard and ketchup
The diet then is as follows:
DAY 1
BREAKFAST
Black coffee or tea and a cereal bar

LUNCH
2 boiled eggs
1 cup cooked spinach

DINNER
1 lettuce and celery in salad
1 steak
DAY 2
BREAKFAST
Black coffee or tea and a cereal bar

LUNCH
1 lettuce and celery in salad
1 oz grilled steak or grilled

DINNER
green beans
DAY 3
BREAKFAST
Black coffee or tea and toast

LUNCH
2 boiled eggs
1 cup green beans
1 cup tomatoes

DINNER
meat or fish
2 cups green beans or tomato
DAY 4
BREAKFAST
Black coffee or tea and milk with cereal

LUNCH
1 hard-cooked eggs
1 cup raw carrots
DINNER
1 cup yogurt
2 slices cheese mozzerella
1 cup salad
DAY 5
BREAKFAST
Black coffee or tea and toast and honey 3
1 carrot
Juice of 1 lemon

LUNCH
1 fried fish fillet
tomato salad

DINNER
1 steak
green salad
DAY 6
BREAKFAST
Black coffee or tea and a cereal bar

LUNCH
grilled chicken skinless

DINNER
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 carrot
DAY 7
BREAKFAST
Coffee or juice of lemon

LUNCH
1 grilled steak or grilled
1 cup fruit

DINNER
salad
