The South Beach Diet


This diet is very similar and identical in several places on diet Atkins. The creator of this diet is renowned cardiologist Arthur Agatston. This is therefore a plan that is designed for quick and healthy weight loss. The South Beach diet carbohydrates are limited and generally include potatoes, fruit, bread, cereals, rice, pasta, beets, carrots and corn for the first two weeks. After this time most of these foods remain strongly discouraged. Regarding the fat South Beach diet bans unhealthy fats but promotes healthy.
Carbohydrates.

Also, the South Beach diet does not count grams of carbohydrates. This is therefore a diet that forbids carbohydrates and unhealthy fats to lose in a short time several pounds. But its main goal is not to regain the pounds you lost, because this would have negative effects on the figure and your health. Try it and see if it suits you.
