Effective Diet

An important approach to merger and integration of healthy eating

The following diet is not intended to be a quick fix, but an individual approach to focus and integrate the lifestyle to eat healthier and start to exercise. The diet that one chooses to lose weight should not be complicated, painful or unrealistic. The following diet is a simple diet that is easy to follow.
It is important to change your relationship with food and see results. On average most people lose 6-8 pounds in the first phase and later, less because of the increasing calories.
In the first phase will be in nine days time to wean your body of impurities and from all bad habits. The calorie intake should be reduced significantly and large amounts of water should be consumed to flush your body.
In the first phase, your food choices should be eaten raw, grilled or steamed. Fats are limited to no more than 3 tablespoons a day, with 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil per day. Eat more free fruit and vegetables, excluding potatoes and avocados. It also allows limited quantities of brown rice, low-fat yogurt, egg whites and herbal tea. That is the entire menu for nine days.
After these days you can slowly start adding other foods in your menu.
